DMCA Policy
VidTower English respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this website, please notify us by sending a DMCA notice to the designated agent listed below. Your DMCA notice should include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit VidTower English to locate the material;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit VidTower English to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of a copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a DMCA notice that complies with the requirements of the DMCA, VidTower English will remove or disable access to the infringing material and will take reasonable steps to notify the user responsible for providing the content. VidTower English may also, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with VidTower English’s designated agent. Your counter-notification should include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located or, if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which VidTower English may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or an agent of such person; and
- A statement that you will not submit any further DMCA notices or counter-notifications relating to the same material.
VidTower English will provide a copy of the counter-notification to the person who provided the DMCA notice and will inform that person that VidTower English will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days. VidTower English will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it not less than ten (10) nor more than fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless VidTower English’s designated agent receives notice from the person who provided the DMCA notice that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the removed material.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
VidTower English may, at its sole discretion, terminate access to this website and the services provided herein of any user who is found to be a repeat infringer or who is found to be engaging in infringing activity.
